How Sarangani Highlands Garden and Restaurant came about is already a story by itself. It was started by Dr. Anabelle Abella who had a passion for collecting ornamental plants, particularly the flowering type and her business partner, Dr Tranquilino Ruiz, who was interested in landscaping. With this in mind, the two purchased a parcel of land and converted it into a beautiful garden. With its amazing sights and attractions, many of the residents encouraged the two to set up a restaurant.

Dr. Abella and Dr. Ruiz obliged and Sarangani Highlands Garden and Restaurant was born in July 2007. Since then, the venue has become a popular by-word when it comes to dining pleasure and satisfaction in General Santos City.
