Isla Parilla Resort in General Santos City - Philippines

Isla Parilla Resort was once a resort strictly for the family and friends of General Santos Citys top businessman, Marfenio Tan; ten years later, it has evolved into a premier resort destination in the province of Sarangani.

An interesting and unique feature of this resort is the way that its cottages stand on stilts in the middle of a man-made lake. Since its upgrade some three years ago, Isla Parilla Resort now enjoys an AA rating, making it one of the finest resorts in Sarangani and nearby General Santos City.

There are a total of fourteen cottages in Isla Parilla Resort, with enough room to accommodate up to seven people in a Family Cottage. Prices of cottages are as follow:

There are three Family Suites and eleven Single Cottages. Single Cottages have twin beds, lavatory and bathroom, veranda, hot and cold shower and these are all fully air-conditioned.

Single cottages are good for up to four people.

Family Suites at the Isla Parilla Resort on the other hand, have two bedrooms, lavatory and bathroom, a small living room within the veranda, hot and cold shower; and they are likewise all fully air-conditioned.

To reiterate, Family Suites can accommodate up to seven people.

All prices are already inclusive of government taxes. Check-out time is at 12 noon.

Resort Facilities

Isla Parilla Resort is known for its mouth-watering seafood fares, served fresh and hot at the Formosa Restaurant, where guests can dine al fresco. Fishing in the resorts pond is also allowed and guests can ask the resort staff to cook their catch good for putting a bit of adventure into your lunch.

There are swimming pools for adults and kids, a billiard hall, a sing-along bar, and a playground for kids. Boating facilities are likewise offered at the Isla Parilla Resort, for a little sailing down the waters to enjoy the scenery.
