The couple established Dim Sum Diner in December of 2000. Their passion for food influenced them to put up a restaurant that had a mix of Oriental and Western style at a reasonable cost. The pioneer branch opened on Ilustre St., on Davao City. Currently, it has established franchises in major cities in the Mindanao region Davao City, General Santos City, Cagayan de Oro, Butuan City, and Valencia City.
Mrs. Czarina Lim is happy with the current growth of the business. At present, they are offering a franchise business to those who are interested. As part of the franchise package, the interested individual will receive a training manual for the proprietor, supervisor, cooks, and servers. Likewise, they will receive a procurement package and can avail of marketing and grand opening assistance.
